We are a small company and processing times will vary, if you haven’t received a confirmation of shipping after 3 days please contact us.
UK STANDARD: 1-4 working days
EUROPEAN DELIVERY: 7-15 working days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: 10-30 working days

Customs fees for international orders.
For international orders custom charges sometimes occur when an item arrives in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if this will happen. Please check your local customs for more information. This issue is out of our control and we are not responsible for any customs charges.
We do not currently track our standard deliveries. This is because as a small company, the cost would be a lot higher and we would not be able to keep our postage prices as reasonable as they are for our customers.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 6 working days of the date on which you ordered, or outside the UK and have not received your order within 30 days of the date on which you ordered then please drop us an email on email@example.com
On the rare occasion that items are not delivered and have been lost in the post, we will send out a replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect.
How can I return my item?
We're so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Badass Femme products. We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date.
To return your order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, we will reply to you with instructions on how to return your item.
Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. If the item is damaged or faulty a full refund or a replacement will be issued.
Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty.
If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
